You can access these tools via the File> Diagnostic Tools menu.
An authorisation code from the Technical Support team is required to run Diagnostic Tools.
Diagnostic Tools should only be used if the standard file verification check reports errors.
Diagnostic Tools should only be used when recommended and supervised by a member of the Technical Support team.
If an automated repair is unavailable during verification, the log will detail which tests are failing and provide our Technical Support team with the necessary information to manually repair the file.
Note: If manual intervention is required, you may be asked to securely submit your company file to our Technical Support team for repair.
