Known Issues with macOS High Sierra and Mojave

End of support for macOS High Sierra & Mojave
AccountEdge Pro 2024 and AccountEdge NE 2024 (version 33.0.6.5 or later), is not officially supported on macOS 10.13 High Sierra and 10.14 Mojave.
MacOS High Sierra and Mojave received their final Apple updates in 2020 and 2021 respectively and as a result, AccountEdge 2024 33.0.6.5 and later cannot be guaranteed to run smoothly on these systems.
- AccountEdge 2024 33.0.6.5 and later may continue to operate on High Sierra and Mojave but solutions cannot be guaranteed should an issue arise on these macOS’s.
- We recommend that customers running AccountEdge Pro or AccountEdge NE 2023 upgrade their computers to macOS 10.15 Catalina or later in order to run AccountEdge 2024 33.0.6.5 and later.

Reported Issues With macOS High Sierra and Mojave
The following issues have been reported when using AccountEdge 2024 (33.0.6.5) or later on these operating systems.
IMPORTANT: Other unreported issues may also arise when attempting to run AccountEdge 2024 33.0.6.5 or later on High Sierra or Mojave.
- Inccorect style Browse / Save / Open window.
This can make opening, saving and backing up files difficult and may result in lost or missing files and data.
- Two AccountEdge icons appear in the Dock when AccountEdge is open.
- Wine Pre-Loader appears in Force Quit's list of open apps when AccountEdge is running.
- AccountEdge> Check For Updates is not available.
- Fatal Error crashes. These can occur randomly.
- AccountEdge NE - FileConnect installer does not create the Library / Application Support / AccountEdge NE / Databases folder.
- AccountEdge NE - Frequently, the Company file browser must be manually pointed to the host computer's IP Address and Port Number.
- AccountEdge NE - Widgets Coffee (sample company) is not placed in the Library / Application Support / AccountEdge NE / Databases folder.
