Instructions for existing users of AccountEdge Pro or NE

AccountEdge Pro & NE - Build 33.1.1.1
This upgrade is free as part of your annual service agreement.
IMPORTANT
AccountEdge Pro users
To upgrade to AccountEdge Pro - Build 33.1.1.1
- Start AccountEdge Pro as normal.
- Use the AccountEdge Pro menu> Check for Updates to download and install the update.
- Perform the update on all compatible computers running AccountEdge Pro.
This update requires company files to be upgraded.

AccountEdge NE users
To upgrade to AcccountEdge NE - Build 33.1.1.1
IMPORTANT: Perform the upgrade on your AccountEdge NE host computer first
- Ensure all users have logged out of all company files before upgrading the host computer.
- On the host computer, start AccountEdge NE as normal.
- Use the AccountEdge NE menu> Check for Updates to download and install the update.
- Download the latest FileConnect from the Company File Maintenance menu on the Welcome window.
• Install FileConnect on the host computer only. An update video can be found here.
- Upgrade your company file(s) on the host computer when prompted.
- Once the host computer has been updated, you can now update your workstations.
On each workstation, start AccountEdge NE and use the AccountEdge NE menu> Check for Updates to download and install the update.
• FileConnect is not required on workstation computers.
• Company files do not require upgrading on workstation computers.
Re-installing AccountEdge Pro / NE
